About the role#
This co-op position supports the Avionics Smart Manufacturing team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. You will work alongside leadership and engineers to learn about Industry 4.0 technologies and manufacturing techniques. The role focuses on internal marketing strategies and visualization design principles to improve production processes.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, and implement communication programs.
- Support the marketing team in conceptualizing and designing graphic representations of products and creative campaigns.
- Conduct research to gather information for advertising campaigns.
- Analyze preliminary and final proofs to ensure design integrity.
- Develop and execute internal marketing strategies.
- Manage digital communications, including video marketing, and produce technical publications.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Active enrollment in your degree program through the completion of the internship.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with Lean principles and concepts.
- Ability to work on-site in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
