About the role#
This co-op position supports the Avionics Smart Manufacturing team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. You will work alongside leadership and engineers to learn about Industry 4.0 technologies and manufacturing techniques. The role focuses on internal marketing and visualization design principles to improve production processes.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, and implement communication programs.
- Support the marketing team by conceptualizing graphic representations of products and creative campaigns.
- Research and organize information to support advertising campaigns.
- Analyze proofs and correct errors to maintain design integrity.
- Develop and execute internal marketing strategies.
- Manage digital communications, including video marketing and technical publications.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Advanced degree program for Marketing, Business Administration, or a related major.
- Active enrollment status through the completion of the co-op session.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with Lean principles and concepts.
