About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site at our Mississauga facility from January 5 to April 23, 2027. This role involves balancing time between an office setting and the manufacturing plant floor, working alongside our Environment, Health & Safety team.
What you'll do#
- Support environmental and safety initiatives for the site.
- Identify and implement best practices to reduce waste, water use, and energy consumption.
- Assist with EH&S programs focused on risk identification and mitigation, such as ergonomics and chemical exposures.
- Manage and maintain accurate training records for the plant in collaboration with the Training Coordinator.
- Collaborate with business unit supervisors, managers, and senior leadership to develop and execute plans to eliminate industrial risks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship period.
- Studies in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or Ergonomics.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and obtaining required clearances for handling controlled goods.
