    About the role#

    Raytheon Technologies is seeking an electrical engineering intern for the Summer 2027 term. This role focuses on analog electronics, power systems, and servo or motor control systems. You will work within a team to solve engineering problems related to radar analog and power design, product development, and production support.

    What you'll do#

    • Develop designs based on operational specifications and company guidelines.
    • Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion, analog circuitry, or servo and motor control systems.
    • Provide support to production, integration, and test activities.
    • Gain practical exposure to analog, power, and motor control engineering design.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM major.
    • Completion of at least 30 credit hours by the start of the internship.
    • Coursework in Basic Circuit Theory, Signals and Systems, and Physics: Electronics and Electromagnetism.
    • Experience with modeling and simulation tools such as PSPICE or MATLAB/Simulink.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.

    Location & details#

    • This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
    • U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for the necessary security clearance.
