About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers hands-on experience within our Design division. You will work alongside our Design and Merchandising teams to learn the fundamentals of retail and wholesale operations. Interns are assigned a mentor and a group project, which you will present to company leaders during the final week of the program.
What you'll do#
- Assist the design team in creating designs that align with seasonal concepts and brand visions.
- Collaborate with merchants to build product assortments and respond to fashion trends.
- Create and manage tech packs using our PLM software.
- Provide technical details to overseas vendors and communicate with them regarding sample development.
- Produce sketches and contribute to seasonal presentations of proposed designs.
- Work with a group to research and recommend solutions for company white space.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or Fashion Marketing/Business.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work on-site, Monday through Friday, for the full 10-week duration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional settings.

- This position is located in Dallas, Texas.
- The internship runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site role.
