About the role#
Ralliant is seeking an Operations and Manufacturing Co-Op student to join the team at Qualitrol for the Winter 2027 term. This six-month position offers hands-on experience in operations and project management. You will work on interdisciplinary projects that support our manufacturing goals and gain practical exposure to business challenges in an industrial setting.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project management initiatives across operations and manufacturing.
- Contribute to process development and improvement activities.
- Support data analysis to help improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Provide production support by working with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in projects that contribute to operational excellence.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior standing in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
- Expected graduation date in 2027 or 2028.
- Major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.

- This role is based on-site in Fairport, New York.
- The position is full-time for a six-month term beginning in Winter 2027.
- This is a paid co-op opportunity.
