About the role#
Qualitrol, a Ralliant operating company, is hiring an Operations & Manufacturing Co-Op for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, six-month immersive learning experience based in Fairport, New York. You will apply your academic knowledge to practical business challenges while receiving mentorship in a global industrial environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project management initiatives across operations and manufacturing.
- Contribute to process development and improvement activities.
- Support data analysis to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Provide production support by working with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in projects that contribute to operational excellence.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior standing, currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
- Expected graduation in 2027 or 2028.
- Major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
