About the role#
Qualitrol, a Ralliant operating company, is hiring an Operations & Manufacturing Co-Op for the Spring 2027 term. This six-month position offers hands-on experience in manufacturing and project management. You will work on interdisciplinary projects that support our production goals and operational success.
What you'll do#
- Help manage projects across our operations and manufacturing departments.
- Work on process development and improvement tasks.
- Analyze data to help the team make better decisions and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide production support.
- Take part in projects focused on operational excellence.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior standing in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
- Expected graduation in 2027 or 2028.
- Enrollment in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, organization, and data analysis.
- Ability to work well with others in a cross-functional environment.

- Term: Winter 2027 (six-month duration).
