About the role#
Radiance Technologies is seeking an intern for the Modeling, Analytics, & Simulation Sciences (MASS) team during the Summer 2027 term. You will work alongside software engineers and analysts to support Department of Defense and Intelligence Community projects. This role involves contributing to the development of software solutions and modeling environments.
What you'll do#
- Evolve existing Modeling & Simulation frameworks, specifically AFSIM, based on customer requirements.
- Develop models for vehicles, sensors, and complex system interactions.
- Use analytical tools to interpret test results.
- Create graphical representations of data to present findings to decision makers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science or relevant technical degree program.
- A minimum 3.5 GPA (please ensure this is listed on your resume).
- US citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Experience programming in C++ and Python.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience creating physics-based and logical models.
- Ability to work effectively within a team as a self-motivated individual.

- This internship is located on-site in Beavercreek, Ohio.
- The position is part-time.
