About the role#
Radiance Technologies is seeking an intern for the Modeling, Analytics, & Simulation Sciences (MASS) team. This role supports Department of Defense and Intelligence Community projects, including work for AFRL and NASIC. You will join a team of software engineers and analysts to build solutions for complex software requirements.
What you'll do#
- Evolve existing Modeling & Simulation frameworks, specifically AFSIM, and its codebase.
- Develop models for vehicles, sensors, and complex interactions.
- Use analytical tools to interpret test results.
- Create graphical representations to explain findings to decision makers.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field.
- A GPA of 3.5 or higher (must be included on your resume).
- US citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Experience with C++ and Python.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience developing physics-based or logical models.
- Ability to work as a self-motivated team member.
