About the role#
Radiance Technologies is seeking a Modeling, Analytics, & Simulation Sciences (MASS) Engineer Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will join a team of software engineers and analysts to develop solutions for the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community, including projects for AFRL and NASIC. This role involves working with AFSIM frameworks and building models for vehicles, sensors, and complex interactions.
What you'll do#
- Update and evolve existing Modeling & Simulation (AFSIM) frameworks and code based on customer requirements.
- Build physics-based and logical models.
- Use analytical tools to examine test results and develop solutions.
- Create graphical representations to explain your findings to decision makers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science or relevant technical degree program.
- A GPA of 3.5 or higher, which must be included on your resume.
- US citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
