About the role#
As a Tax Seasonal Intern, you will work within our tax practice to support teams in delivering tax services. You will gain exposure to the complexities of tax regulations, assist in optimizing strategies, and contribute to compliance efforts for our clients. This role focuses on learning and participating in projects to develop your technical skills.
What you'll do#
- Support tax compliance teams in preparing and filing corporate tax returns.
- Assist in the analysis of domestic and international tax regulations.
- Prepare tax documents and reports for client engagements.
- Research tax laws and policies to provide accurate advice.
- Collaborate with team members on multistate tax compliance challenges.
- Contribute to the development of tax planning strategies.
- Use data analytics to identify trends in tax data.
- Observe and learn from experienced tax professionals.
- Apply intellectual curiosity to explore solutions in tax consulting.
- Support the implementation of regulatory compliance measures.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- A minimum 3.0 overall GPA (a 3.5 GPA is preferred).
- Ability to navigate complex tax regulations.
- Experience or interest in using AI to create efficiencies.
- Skills in data analytics for tax modeling and provisions.
- Experience supporting corporate tax consulting and compliance.
- Interest in international tax planning and restructuring.

- Compensation: $29.25 - $48.00 per hour.
- Travel: Up to 20% travel required.
