About the role#
This is a full-time Senior Associate internship within the Advisory practice. You will support client teams on health sector operations projects. The role focuses on learning consulting methods while contributing to operational improvement and process efficiency for healthcare and life sciences organizations. You will work on-site in Rosemont, Illinois, during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Research operational processes, market trends, and service delivery practices.
- Assist with data review, basic analysis, and the preparation of summaries for project discussions.
- Use digital tools and AI-enabled resources to organize work, draft content, and capture insights.
- Document project meetings, track actions, and follow up on deliverables.
- Identify process gaps and workflow issues using problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate across teams to support operational transformation and process improvement.
- Apply consulting methods and professional standards in a client-facing environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of a Master of Business Administration degree.
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- You must be one year away from graduation of your MBA program at the time of application.
