About the role#
As a Management Consulting Intern in the Financial Services Sector Operations practice, you will support teams working with banking, insurance, and asset management clients. This internship focuses on learning the firm's practices through a mix of observation and participation. You will assist with research, perform tasks to support client engagements, and contribute to team projects aimed at improving operational performance.
What you'll do#
- Support teams in delivering operational consulting services to financial services clients.
- Participate in projects designed to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
- Analyze business data to help provide insights for decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies.
- Work on the optimization of business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Gather and organize information to support project deliverables.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree. This role is typically for students in their 3rd year of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program.
- Preferred cumulative and major GPA of 3.3.
- Preferred fields of study include Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Communications, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Computer Engineering.
- A willingness to learn, ask questions, and apply analytical skills to business metrics.
