About the role#
As a Deals - Valuation Intern, you will support our teams in the valuation of assets and businesses. You will gain exposure to mergers and acquisitions while learning how to provide insights that help clients make informed decisions. This is an opportunity to work on diverse assignments, observe professional work environments, and contribute to client engagements.
What you'll do#
- Support valuation teams during mergers and acquisitions.
- Participate in financial analysis and modeling to assess the value of businesses and financial instruments.
- Prepare valuation reports and presentations for client engagements.
- Research market data and industry trends.
- Use tools like Alteryx to automate processes and analyze data.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
- You are typically in your 3rd year of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program.
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Preferred major GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Preferred fields of study include Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Management.
