About the role#
As a Consumer Service Intern, you will represent our brands by connecting with anglers. You will handle direct communication through chat, email, phone, and social media. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in consumer engagement while you work alongside our marketing and sales teams. You will help us support our customers and maintain the reputation of our products.
What you'll do#
- Manage incoming consumer inquiries via multiple channels.
- Assist customers with order entry, warranty claims, and return requests.
- Resolve issues and share product knowledge to build brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support broader marketing and sales initiatives.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma is required. Current college students or recent graduates are preferred.
- Hands-on angling experience and a genuine interest in the fishing lifestyle.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with data entry and basic computer applications.
- An organized approach to work with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- A positive attitude and a focus on solving problems for our customers.
- An interest in building a professional career within the outdoor industry.
Location & details#
- This position is located on-site in Columbia, South Carolina.
- This is a paid, part-time internship.
- You must be available to work during weekdays.
