About the role#
As a Summer 2027 Operations Intern, you will gain a holistic view of the homebuilding industry by shadowing various functions within the company. This internship offers exposure to construction, finance, land development, marketing, and sales operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support team objectives and may complete a capstone project or final presentation during your term.
What you'll do#
- Take charge of select home projects by coordinating with vendors and teammates to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
- Support Field Managers and supervisors by coordinating homeowner assessments, service requests, and workflow processes.
- Acquire critical reporting literacy and assist in financial analytics to support business decisions.
- Participate in land acquisition processes, including collaborating with architects and local jurisdictions to develop neighborhoods.
- Collect and analyze data to identify consumer trends and support marketing or promotional activities.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student (or recent graduate from the preceding semester).
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong tech-savvy competency, specifically with Excel and Microsoft Teams.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
