    About the role#

    This internship provides hands-on experience working with project teams, subcontractors, and partners. You will assist in keeping construction sites moving, solving daily problems, and communicating across teams. Assignments are aligned with your interests and the needs of our projects in areas like renewable energy, commercial, data centers, federal contracting, and sports and entertainment.

    What you'll do#

    • Champion safety requirements to maintain a zero-injury environment.
    • Complete construction change orders.
    • Manage shop drawings, submittals, and request for information (RFI) processes.
    • Assist with purchase orders and subcontractor agreements.
    • Collaborate with the team during preconstruction and pre-installation meetings.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing an undergraduate, four-year degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.
    • Willingness to be mobile and relocate as needed.
    • A current driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
    • Comfort working in construction environments, including exposure to dirt, heat, noise, and dust.
    • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

    • Term: Winter 2027 (January - April).
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Employment type: Full-time.
    • Compensation: Paid position starting at $18 per hour, with potential for higher wages based on academic year.
    • Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
