About the role#
The Equipment Solutions team supports construction projects by supplying equipment rentals and site services. You will work with internal teams, trade partners, and vendors to optimize equipment assets. This internship provides administrative and analytical support to the team while offering exposure to facility and field operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the planning and procurement of construction equipment, including processing requests, logistical coordination, and billing.
- Gain exposure to software used for managing equipment and rental processes.
- Support receiving, contract document management, and purchasing of consumables.
- Participate in crane selection and sourcing, including sizing equipment, evaluating rental options, and soliciting vendor bids.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of an undergraduate, four-year degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on initiative and leadership.
- A positive, professional attitude and solid customer service skills.
- Ability to remain detail-oriented and organized while handling multiple competing priorities.
- Previous related internship experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of construction and general business practices.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Compensation: Paid position starting at $18 per hour, with potential for higher wages based on year in school.
