About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in the fashion industry within the Wholesale department at Carolina Herrera. You will work across departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations and support the team during seasonal market activities.
What you'll do#
- Train on the GPS sample tracking system and track sample movements to ensure accuracy.
- Manage and calendar sample requests, ensuring all items are sent out on time.
- Assist the team in packing samples for Wholesale and International Sales events, including trunk shows and Paris Fashion Week.
- Maintain the commercial sample closet and coordinate with the PR team regarding runway samples.
- Support back-of-house operations during market week, including showroom maintenance and assisting with model fittings.
- Update weekly reports on inventory availability and manage excess inventory spreadsheets.
- Create visual summaries of seasonal buys for all accounts to support product training and internal reference.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
