About the role#
The Part-Time Campus Activist works directly with pro-life student groups on college campuses in Michigan. This role focuses on developing students into leaders through mentorship, coaching, and service. Activists typically work 15 hours per week and report to the Campus Activist Supervisor. This position is available for the Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 terms.
What you'll do#
- Assist student leaders in growing their campus Protect Life groups.
- Conduct trainings and workshops on campus to help students communicate the pro-life message.
- Plan and facilitate large-scale campus events.
- Organize and participate in regular outreach activities.
- Serve as a liaison between student groups and other pro-life organizations.
What you'll need#
- A commitment to the pro-life movement and the mission of Protect Life Michigan.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak in public and write effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel.
- Previous experience in a campus pro-life group is preferred.
- Relevant academic background in fields such as Psychology, Political Science, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Sociology.
