About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Las Vegas. You will join the team to support Leasing, Real Estate, and Customer Experience projects. Over 10 to 12 weeks, you will work on tasks that impact our business and gain exposure to our operations through market tours, seminars, and Q&A sessions with company leaders.
What you'll do#
- Organize market activity, prospect information, and lease expirations to assist with research and renewal preparation.
- Help coordinate broker outreach, property tours, and track prospect follow-ups.
- Analyze customer retention and turnover data to identify patterns.
- Improve our contract tracking systems for HVAC and dock door maintenance by adding automated reminders and status updates.
- Identify recurring work within RECX, Leasing, and Construction projects that can be streamlined.
- Use approved AI tools to build, test, and document solutions that automate repetitive tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or enrollment in a graduate program.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to professional integrity.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience organizing market, customer, or contract information is helpful.
- Prior project experience with AI, automation, or process improvement is a plus.
- An interest in leasing, property management, or industrial real estate.
- A willingness to use new technology and AI tools to improve work efficiency.

- Compensation: Undergraduate interns earn $25 to $30 per hour. Graduate interns earn $35 to $40 per hour.
