About the role#
This is a 10-12 week summer internship focused on improving the digital employee experience at Prologis. You will work on a project to make information across our employee intranet clearer, better organized, and easier to find. Throughout the summer, you will connect with company leaders, attend professional seminars, and participate in local market tours to understand our business operations.
What you'll do#
- Audit content and resources across the company intranet.
- Analyze employee feedback and intranet analytics to find outdated information, duplicate content, and gaps in the search experience.
- Translate your findings into clear recommendations for organizing and maintaining intranet content.
- Partner with the Internal Communications and IT teams to implement updates in SharePoint.
- Explore approved AI-enabled search tools to improve how employees find information.
- Present your completed improvements and future recommendations to communications and technology leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or current enrollment in a graduate program.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to professionalism.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Coursework or experience in communications, digital media, content strategy, user experience, information science, or related fields.
- Experience with SharePoint, intranets, content management systems, or digital employee resources.
- Experience using analytics, audience research, or survey feedback to inform decisions.
- Capability to use emerging technology and AI tools to improve work efficiency.

- Compensation: Undergraduate interns earn $25-$30 per hour. Graduate interns earn $35-$40 per hour.
