About the role#
This internship focuses on a strategic project to optimize document management and improve processes through digital transformation. You will work within the Quality team to modernize systems and support the organization in its continuous improvement efforts. This position is available for the Fall 2026 term, running from September to December, with the possibility of renewal.
What you'll do#
- Organize, review, and control quality system documentation.
- Improve existing document management processes.
- Implement and optimize solutions within SharePoint Online.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and propose improvements.
- Develop or automate document workflows.
- Standardize internal practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Computer Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Foundational knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or SQF.
- Understanding of document management and control principles.
- Strong computer skills and comfort with digital tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
- Experience or interest in SharePoint Online, electronic document management systems, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps) is considered an asset.
