About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our Compliance department as a summer intern. You will work alongside our management team to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry. This role involves supporting key initiatives, conducting research, and performing data analysis to assist with our daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist and learn about various financial service compliance functions under the supervision of the Chief Compliance Officer and management staff.
- Gain insight into processes related to securities compliance.
- Analyze existing data to ensure accuracy and completion.
- Document process workflows.
- Build reports and identify the root cause of reporting issues.
- Provide clerical and administrative support, including handling ad hoc requests from the executive leadership team.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior studying Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You must have authorization to work for any employer in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

- This is a paid, full-time internship based in Dallas, Texas.
- The program is an on-site experience running from May 27, 2027, to July 30, 2027.
