About the role#
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. You will work directly under digital marketing strategists to support client work and gain hands-on experience. This is a paid, full-time position with a minimum duration of six months. You will have the opportunity to work across departments and collaborate with team members agency-wide.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for clients.
- Navigate and work directly within various ad platforms.
- Create campaigns, launch new tests, and optimize ads.
- Pull, analyze, and report on data to determine next steps.
- Conduct new business research and prepare reports and recommendations.
- Maintain organizational resources, including Asana boards and deliverable trackers.
- Attend regular trainings and cross-channel learning opportunities.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
- An independent work style, while being comfortable asking questions.
- A genuine interest in learning about digital marketing.
- Background in Marketing or related fields.
