About the role#
This is a Content Creator internship for someone serious about their craft. You will create social video content for client accounts while being mentored by senior creators. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and production execution. You will learn to think like a strategist while creating content that meets business goals.
What you'll do#
- Create short-form social videos for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn from concept to final edit.
- Appear on-camera as the face of content for client brands.
- Produce long-form video content and adapt it into social moments.
- Develop multi-format content series that work across different platforms.
- Execute videos with high production value, focusing on pacing, composition, and sound design.
- Study performance data to understand what makes content work.
- Participate in content planning and strategy discussions.
- Work closely with strategists and attend weekly feedback sessions.
What you'll need#
- At least 1 year of experience creating social video content, including internships, freelance, or personal projects.
- Comfort appearing on-camera and acting as a brand representative.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
- A native understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- A strong eye for composition, pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
- Reliability, proactive communication, and a hunger to learn.
- Ability to accept feedback and apply it to improve your work.
