About the role#
The International Intern program is a 12-month placement focused on Food and Beverage or Culinary operations. You will work in frontline roles to gain exposure to luxury service standards. The program includes rotational job shadowing across various outlets and disciplines. You will also complete a capstone project to present to the property leadership team. You will have access to both on-the-job and self-paced training throughout your time here.
What you'll do#
- Work in frontline Food and Beverage or Culinary positions.
- Participate in rotations to learn different areas of the operation.
- Develop professional skills through mentorship and coaching.
- Complete and present a capstone project to senior leadership.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Hospitality, Culinary, or related program.
- Eligibility for a J-1 Visa through an approved sponsor.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to interpret documents and perform basic math.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

- Location: Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
- You must maintain valid work authorization for the duration of the program.
- Employee housing may be available at select locations, subject to cost and availability.
