About the role#
This 12-month internship program provides international students and graduates with hands-on experience in luxury hospitality. The role focuses on Food and Beverage or Culinary operations within a service environment. Interns gain professional skills through a combination of frontline work, rotational shadowing, and formal training.
What you'll do#
- Complete a 12-month placement in Food and Beverage or Culinary departments.
- Perform frontline roles to learn luxury service standards.
- Participate in rotational job shadowing across various outlets or disciplines.
- Complete a capstone project for presentation to the property leadership team.
- Utilize on-the-job and self-paced training resources.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Hospitality, Culinary, or related program.
- Eligibility for a J-1 Visa.
- A strong passion for Food and Beverage or Culinary Arts.
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
