About the role#
This 12-month internship program provides hands-on experience in Food and Beverage or Culinary operations within a luxury hospitality environment. Interns gain exposure to service standards while developing professional skills through mentorship and rotational shadowing. The program includes the completion of a capstone project presented to property leadership.
What you'll do#
- Serve in frontline roles to learn luxury service standards.
- Participate in rotational job shadowing across various Food and Beverage outlets or culinary disciplines.
- Complete a capstone project for the property leadership team.
- Utilize on-the-job and self-paced training resources.
- Engage in professional development through coaching and feedback.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Hospitality, Culinary, or related program.
- Eligibility for a J-1 Visa through an approved sponsor.
- Strong passion for Food and Beverage or Culinary Arts.
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
