About the role#
We are hiring a Recruitment Intern to support our HR team in Sunnyvale. This position is an opportunity to gain experience in talent acquisition and people operations within a venture capital environment. You will work on-site and assist with the full recruitment cycle.
What you'll do#
- Support candidate sourcing and initial screening for open roles.
- Manage the candidate experience from the initial application through the interview stages.
- Coordinate and schedule phone screens and interviews, both virtual and on-site.
- Post job openings to our Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn page.
- Update and maintain job descriptions.
- Respond to candidate questions regarding the application process.
- Assist the HR team with projects involving employee development and internal communication.
- Organize HR data while maintaining confidentiality.
- Represent the company at recruiting events and job fairs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or People Operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well with different teams and stakeholders.
