About the role#
We are looking for an Operations and Administrative Intern to support the daily activities at our Silicon Valley headquarters. This is an entry-level position for someone who is organized and eager to learn. You will work alongside our team to help with office operations, events, and general administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Greet visitors and provide front desk coverage.
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations team.
- Assist with events, meetings, and other onsite activities.
- Maintain organized records through data entry and filing.
- Help with day-to-day office and facility needs.
- Manage special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma, with a preference for students currently pursuing a college degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay organized and pay attention to detail.
- Comfort with learning new systems and handling varied tasks.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- A reliable and professional approach to your work.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Sunnyvale, California.
- This is an on-site, full-time internship requiring 5 days per week in the office.
- The role is paid at $21 per hour.
