About the role#
This internship offers the chance to contribute to industrial design efforts across various stages of product development. You will work within cross-discipline teams that include mechanical, electrical, software, and quality engineers to support our market sectors.
What you'll do#
- Develop user-centric design solutions for complex problems.
- Participate in brainstorms, internal project reviews, and client meetings.
- Support cross-discipline product development teams.
- Assist with all aspects of user research and testing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Industrial Design for the duration of the internship.
- Sophomore or Junior level status.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Strong sketching and form development skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience with 3D rendering, with a preference for Keyshot.
- Experience with SolidWorks is desired.
- Model-making skills including foam core, foam, and rapid prototyping.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate and present ideas.

- Location: Neenah, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is an on-site position.
- Compensation: This is a paid, full-time internship with an hourly rate between $23 and $27.
