About the role#
We are looking for a Supply Chain Leadership Intern to join our team in Nampa, Idaho for the Summer 2027 term. This position focuses on warehouse inventory control, material management, and people leadership. You will gain hands-on experience with daily material receipts, outbound shipments, and procurement processes to support our manufacturing floor.
What you'll do#
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and resolve them as they arise.
- Lead teams by focusing on development and succession planning.
- Use LEAN principles to identify process challenges and implement improvements.
- Find opportunities to reduce lead times and lower costs.
- Track warehouse metrics to improve productivity and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure all processes and products meet internal and industry quality standards.
- Participate in both internal and external audits.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Junior level academic status.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Familiarity with lean and six sigma concepts.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Nampa, Idaho.
