About the role#
As a Program Manager Intern, you will support the tactical interface between our customers and various internal functional teams. You will help manage day-to-day customer relationships and serve as a primary point of contact. This is a paid, full-time position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support projects to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to present issues and potential alternatives to the customer.
- Assist with continuous improvement and Lean activities.
- Verify that the team interprets and executes contractual requirements correctly.
- Work with the program management team to provide commitments based on customer demand and our production capabilities.
- Ensure customer demand is loaded into the Master Production Schedule and managed through the Materials Requirements Planning system.
- Monitor and report on open customer orders.
- Analyze and report on periodic customer forecasts.
- Coordinate, negotiate, and communicate commitment dates for customer orders.
- Maintain focus and performance during high-pressure situations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Communications, or a related field for the duration of the internship.
- Junior level status is preferred.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced experience using Excel.

- This role is located in Neenah, Wisconsin.
- The position requires on-site attendance.
