About the role#
We are looking for a motivated Quality Intern to join our team for the summer of 2027. This role provides hands-on experience in quality management through assignments across different functions. You will work alongside quality professionals and cross-functional teams to support key quality initiatives, helping you gain a comprehensive understanding of quality systems and standards in a manufacturing and engineering environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with internal and external audits by gathering documentation, participating in walkthroughs, and tracking corrective actions.
- Manage quality documentation, including the review, approval, and distribution of records.
- Develop technical training materials, coordinate sessions, and report on training completion.
- Provide quality support to manufacturing and engineering design teams, including root cause analysis and process improvements.
- Monitor supplier performance, participate in supplier audits, and maintain quality metrics.
- Collect and analyze quality data to create dashboards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational habits.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in Google Workplace.
