About the role#
As a Transfer Pricing Intern, you will work with executive clients on their transfer pricing needs. You will be treated like entry-level staff and will focus on creating business solutions. This is a full-time, paid position for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Manage documentation, planning, and transfer pricing policy design.
- Assist with intangible migration and advance pricing agreements.
- Support transfer pricing controversy and audit defense.
- Collaborate with Praxity Alliance firms to deliver services globally.
- Interact with staff at all levels and work with our client base.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Leadership qualities with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work hours that may exceed a standard 40-hour week.
Location & details#
- Locations: Denver, Colorado and Chicago, Illinois.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, following a principally in-person model.
- Travel: May require local, national, and occasional international travel.
- Sponsorship: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
