About the role#
Piper Sandler is hiring a Summer Analyst for the Restructuring Investment Banking team in New York. This program runs for 10 weeks and serves as a pipeline for full-time Analyst positions. The internship begins with one week of formal training at the firm's headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
What you'll do#

- Perform basic analysis of various companies and industries.

What you'll need#
- Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- Pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- A clear desire and willingness to learn.
- Completion of finance and accounting coursework or relevant self-study is beneficial.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
