About the role#
This 11-week internship begins in May 2027. It is designed to equip and inspire the next generation of ministry leaders. You will serve alongside staff to support NextGen ministries, covering preschool through 12th grade. You will gain hands-on ministry experience, leadership training, and personal spiritual development.
What you'll do#
- Invest spiritually in children and students.
- Help prepare and run summer camps, programs, and events for Kids and Student ministries across all campuses.
- Provide servant leadership where needed.
- Participate in weekend services and ministry-specific events.
- Attend orientation, training, and debriefing sessions.
- Follow all church policies and procedures.
What you'll need#
- You are a growing disciple of Christ.
- You have completed your freshman year of college.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site role in Mississippi.
- Interns work at one of our campuses in Clinton, Madison, Reservoir (Brandon), Oxford, or Starkville.
- Housing may be provided in a host home if needed.
