About the role#
As a Trading Analyst intern, you will work directly with Portfolio Managers to support the execution and optimization of trades. This role provides insight into the daily functions of capital markets and allows you to contribute to the trading of global risk and capital flows. You will be part of a 10-week summer program designed to build your skills through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.
What you'll do#
- Aggregate sector and market news, along with trade flows, to update the trade floor.
- Analyze and develop trade ideas for fixed income products.
- Communicate with sell-side traders, economists, and strategists to understand market dynamics.
- Support Senior Portfolio Managers in the management of client accounts.
- Create tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of an undergraduate degree.
- Enrollment at a university during the Fall 2027 semester.
- Minimum 3.2 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Business proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or VBA.
- Academic background in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or Statistics.
