About the role#
This internship offers the chance to take ownership of technical projects and ship code early in your tenure. You will work on the identity platform, focusing on building systems that scale while addressing real customer needs. You will receive dedicated 1:1 mentorship and tackle challenging assignments designed to build your skills as an engineer.
What you'll do#
- Design foundational aspects of the identity platform.
- Partner with customers to understand their pain points and build features to address them.
- Handle data for customers at scale.
- Collaborate with product, design, post-sales, and sales teams.
- Work with a mentor to integrate your learnings into future projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- A strong background in computer science and previous programming experience.
- Proficiency in full-stack development.
- Experience with data modeling and schema design.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines.
- A willingness to discuss feedback on your projects.
- Comfort working in a high-growth startup environment.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Location: San Francisco, California.
- Modality: Hybrid (in-office Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays).
- Employment: Full-time, paid internship.
