About the role#
Permian Resources is offering a paid summer internship for students interested in land management. You will work with a manager and mentor to gain hands-on experience through specific projects. The program includes training, field tours, volunteer events, and networking with company executives. At the end of the summer, you will present your work assignments and overall internship experience.
What you'll do#
- Clear title for drilling locations to support rig schedules.
- Research land ownership and mineral rights.
- Analyze title documents and verify land and lease records.
- Ensure land transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore through graduate student.
- Pursuing a degree in Energy Commerce, Land Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Expected graduation between Fall 2027 and Fall 2028.
- Minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a team environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
