About the role#
As a Strategy Intern, you will spend 10 to 12 weeks connecting classroom concepts to business outcomes. You will work with experienced professionals to evaluate performance and generate insights that guide strategic decisions. This role provides exposure to corporate strategy, finance, and food production.
What you'll do#
- Perform market and competitor analysis using quantitative benchmarking and share dynamics.
- Monitor industry trends and shifts in customer preferences.
- Identify root causes and collect data from various sources to support strategic projects.
- Apply segmentation analytics to business problems.
- Create quantitative KPIs to measure the success of initiatives.
- Build and refine presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited university studying Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.25, though a 3.5 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new software quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Completed coursework in Finance, Economics, or business-related subjects and extracurricular experience are preferred.

- This internship is located in Salisbury, Maryland.
- The position is on-site, full-time, and scheduled for Summer 2027.
- This is a paid internship.
