About the role#
Pembina Pipeline Corporation is hiring interns for the Finance - Audit & Project Cost Services team in Calgary. These roles support the Internal Audit and SOX program, as well as AFE & Governance Support. You will work within the Financial Services Division to provide independent assurance and advisory services regarding risk management and control processes.
What you'll do#
- Perform SOX control testing and Internal Audit engagement testing.
- Support Digital Enablement and AI initiatives.
- Manage project administration, including reporting, data analysis, and project close-outs.
- Participate in a project and present your findings or outcomes at the end of the term.
- Use tools such as SAP, Microsoft Office, Python, and AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
- Support the company safety culture and demonstrate values of being safe, trustworthy, respectful, collaborative, and entrepreneurial.
- Contribute to an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Intent to return to school following the end of the work term.
- Ability to commit to the full duration of the summer 2027 term.
- Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn in a structured environment.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
