About the role#
Pembina Pipeline Corporation is seeking an Environment & Regulatory Intern for a 4-month term during Summer 2026. Based in the Calgary office, this role sits within the External Affairs business unit and focuses on supporting regulatory and environmental data management. This is a paid, full-time position requiring the candidate to reside within 100 km of Calgary.
What you'll do#
- Compile, transfer, and consolidate regulatory and environmental data.
- Participate in projects and present outcomes or learnings at the end of the term.
- Support daily team functions using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and SharePoint, as well as AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
- Uphold the 'Zero by Choice' safety culture by following all Life Saving Rules.
- Demonstrate company values of being safe, trustworthy, respectful, collaborative, and entrepreneurial.
- Contribute to an inclusive workplace by working effectively and respectfully with others.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program with plans to return to school following the work term.
- A field of study in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a self-motivated approach.
- Demonstrated reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn in a structured environment.
- Prior experience in an office environment is considered an asset.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
