About the role#
Pembina Pipeline Corporation is seeking an Environment & Regulatory Intern for a 4-month term based in Calgary, Alberta. This role sits within the External Affairs business unit and focuses on data management, regulatory support, and project participation. This is a paid, full-time position that follows a hybrid work arrangement.
What you'll do#
- Compile, transfer, and consolidate regulatory and environmental data.
- Support daily team operations and learning activities using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT.
- Participate in projects and present findings at the end of the term.
- Uphold the company safety culture by following the Zero by Choice initiative and Life Saving Rules.
- Contribute to an inclusive workplace by working effectively and respectfully with others.
- Demonstrate company values of being safe, trustworthy, respectful, collaborative, and entrepreneurial.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program with the intention to return to school following the work term.
- Academic background in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Biology, or Chemistry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a self-motivated approach to work.
- Demonstrated reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn in a structured environment.
- Prior office experience is considered an asset.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
