About the role#
Pembina Pipeline Corporation is seeking two Commercial Interns to join our Liquids Commercial Group at our Calgary corporate office. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term, running from May to August. You will work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating with experienced commercial professionals on market research, data analysis, and financial modeling. Candidates must live within 100 km of Calgary, AB.
What you'll do#
- Provide analytical support to Customer Service teams, including preparing reports and dashboards.
- Collect, validate, and analyze customer and market data to develop business insights.
- Assist the Joint Venture and Contracts team with consolidating contracts and data.
- Support commercial teams with basic financial modeling and economic evaluation of opportunities.
- Prepare and present findings to internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace.
- Support Pembina's safety culture of Zero by Choice and adhere to all safety policies and Life Saving Rules.
- Demonstrate company values of being Safe, Trustworthy, Respectful, Collaborative, and Entrepreneurial.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program for Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Intent to return to school following the completion of the work term.
- Field of study that aligns with or provides relevant transferable skills for this role.
- Ability to commit to the full 4-month term from May to August 2027.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT.
- Strong communication skills, a motivated and reliable work style, and a willingness to learn.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
