About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work alongside Department Managers at our Sioux Center facility. You will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations while developing your leadership and management skills. This is a full-time, paid position for the Summer 2027 term. The starting pay rate is $27.25 per hour.
What you'll do#
- Manage factory team members and hold them accountable while providing rewards.
- Oversee daily responsibilities related to safety, quality, and productivity.
- Maintain departmental budgets for labor efficiencies.
- Apply continuous improvement principles through specific projects and team initiatives.
What you'll need#
- A strong drive to develop people and a desire to succeed.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Human Resources.
- Ability to work in a tobacco-free environment.
- Must possess U.S. work authorization.
- Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screen.
