About the role#
Passero Associates offers a paid co-op or internship position in the Rochester office. You will work on a variety of site development projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and energy sectors. This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, surveyors, and developers to gain practical experience in the field.
What you'll do#
- Design site developments for commercial, residential, industrial, and energy projects.
- Prepare engineering, traffic, and SWPPP reports and calculations.
- Conduct field inspections and write associated reports.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a BS degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, with Civil 3D skills preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Previous civil engineering internship or co-op experience is a plus.

- The role is on-site and full-time.
