About the role#
As a Structural Engineer Co-Op, you will gain hands-on experience on real-world projects. You will work on high-rise buildings, cultural institutions, sports venues, and complex renovation projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Boston for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the structural analysis, design, and detailing of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other design professionals to support the delivery of coordinated designs.
- Assist in preparing construction documents and drawings within a BIM environment.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in civil, structural, or architectural engineering.
- Strong academic record.
- Demonstrated passion for structural design and engineering problem solving.
- Familiarity with SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, StructurePoint Software, and Revit is a plus.
