About the role#
The People Team Intern works with our team to support core operations and programs. You will assist with recruiting, onboarding, and intern programming while managing projects that improve our internal processes. This role offers exposure to talent acquisition sourcing and HRIS functions.
What you'll do#
- Support recruiting coordination and candidate communications.
- Assist with onboarding preparation and related administration.
- Manage the intern program and coordinate events.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Organize People team files and data.
- Support learning and development activities and new hire training.
- Analyze internship program trends and share recommendations for future classes.
- Provide in-office support for People team activities and events.
What you'll need#
- Standing as a Rising Junior or Rising Senior at an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Skill in reviewing feedback, data, and trends to develop insights.
- Ability to handle records and sensitive information accurately.
- Ability to coordinate tasks, projects, and events.

- Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June through early August).
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment: Full-time and paid.
