About the role#
The Finance Summer Intern will join our team to gain hands-on experience in financial operations and strategy. You will support our efforts to manage healthcare costs and improve outcomes for our clients. This is a full-time, paid position based in our Philadelphia office. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial closing processes.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Work with cross-functional teams on cost management and efficiency projects.
- Conduct research and contribute to financial modeling tasks.
- Maintain financial systems and tools to ensure accurate data reporting.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Rising Junior or Rising Senior status at an accredited college or university.
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, v-lookups, and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.
